  WB analysis using 31678-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 31678-1-AP (RAD51C antibody) at dilution of 1:2500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of mouse testis using 31678-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue slide using 31678-1-AP (RAD51C antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maushodengewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
