  Sample test of MP01399-3

  The mean RAD51C concentration was determined to be 7.5 ng/mL in MCF-7 cell extract based on a 1.2 mg/mL extract load, 7.7 ng/mL in HeLa cell extract based on a 1.0 mg/mL extract load and 2.7 ng/mL in MDA-MB-231 cell extract based on a 1.9 mg/mL extract load.

  FC experiment of MCF-7 using 84537-1-RR (same clone as 84537-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 MCF-7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug RAD51C Recombinant antibody (84537-1-RR, Clone:241971D4) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84537-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84537-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84537-1-RR against Human RAD51C were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.
