  WB analysis of HeLa using 13035-1-AP

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13035-1-AP (RAD9A antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of MCF-7 using 13035-1-AP

  MCF7 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13035-1-AP (RAD9A antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of A549 using 13035-1-AP

  A549 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13035-1-AP (RAD9A antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue slide using 13035-1-AP (RAD9A antibody) at dilution of 1:800 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (10% Formaldehyde) fixed HeLa cells using 13035-1-AP (RAD9A antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Mammakarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HeLa-Zellen
