  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed paraffin-embedded mouse lung tissue using Ager/Rage antibody (83742-5-RR, Clone: 240774F11 ) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83742-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83742-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83608-4-RR against Human ATM were performed. The affinity constant is 2.58 nM. Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83608-4-RR against Mouse RAGE were performed. The affinity constant is 6.41 nM.

The receptor for advanced glycation end products (RAGE) is a cell surface transmembrane multiligand receptor, also known as Ager, is a multiligand member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. It has many isoforms and is predominantly expressed in the lung. AGER expression is upregulated in many diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, diabetes mellitus, atherosclerosis, and rheumatoid arthritis (PMID: 35099614).
