  WB analysis using 83742-5-RR

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83742-5-RR (RAGE antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of mouse lung using 83742-5-RR

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse lung tissue slide using 83742-5-RR (Ager/Rage antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of mouse lung using 83742-5-RR

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed paraffin-embedded mouse lung tissue using Ager/Rage antibody (83742-5-RR, Clone: 240774F11 ) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83608-4-RR against Human ATM were performed. The affinity constant is 2.58 nM. Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83608-4-RR against Mouse RAGE were performed. The affinity constant is 6.41 nM.

The receptor for advanced glycation end products (RAGE) is a cell surface transmembrane multiligand receptor, also known as Ager, is a multiligand member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. It has many isoforms and is predominantly expressed in the lung. AGER expression is upregulated in many diseases such as Alzheimer's disease, diabetes mellitus, atherosclerosis, and rheumatoid arthritis (PMID: 35099614).
