  WB analysis of mouse testis using 11569-1-AP

  mouse testis tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11569-1-AP (RASEF antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of mouse heart using 11569-1-AP

  mouse heart tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11569-1-AP (RASEF antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue slide using 11569-1-AP (RASEF antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IHC staining of mouse brain using 11569-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue slide using 11569-1-AP (RASEF antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maushirngewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
