  FC experiment of HeLa using 84330-1-RR

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug RBBP7 Recombinant antibody (84330-1-RR, Clone:241189D6) and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 647-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR005)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with 0.1% TritonX-100.

RBBP7, also named as RBAP46, belongs to the WD repeat RBAP46/RBAP48/MSI1 family. RBBP7 is a core histone-binding subunit that may target chromatin remodeling factors, histone acetyltransferases and histone deacetylases to their histone substrates in a manner that is regulated by nucleosomal DNA. It is a component of several complexes which regulate chromatin metabolism. The antibody is specific to RBBP7.
