  1x10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.5 ug Anti-Human RBM17 (82889-2-RR, Clone:230125A10) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:166 (red), or 0.5 ug rabbit IgG isotype control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82889-2-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82889-2-RR against Human RBM17 were performed. The affinity constant is 2.86 nM.

RNA-binding motif protein 17 (RBM17), also named splicing factor 45, was first identified as a member of the spliceosome. RBM17 expression is low in normal tissues but is overexpressed in several forms of cancer, including breast, ovarian and prostate.
