  IF Staining of HepG2 using CL488-82889

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 RBM17 antibody (CL488-82889, Clone: 230125F6 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HepG2 using CL488-82889

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated RBM17 Recombinant antibody (CL488-82889, Clone:230125F6)(red), or 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).
