  IF Staining of HepG2 using CL488-15187

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 RBPMS antibody (CL488-15187) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-15187

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human RBPMS (CL488-15187) (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).
