  WB analysis of HeLa using 14784-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14784-1-AP (RFX3 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14784-1-AP (RFX3 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
