  WB analysis of HEK-293 using 13574-1-AP

  HEK-293 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13574-1-AP (RILP Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  HepG2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13574-1-AP (RILP Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue slide using 13574-1-AP (RILP Antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Nierengewebe, Maushirngewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HepG2-Zellen
