  WB analysis of A549 using 55338-1-AP

  A549 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 55338-1-AP (RNASE3 Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of HepG2 using 55338-1-AP

  HepG2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 55338-1-AP (RNASE3 Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human lung cancer using 55338-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human lung cancer tissue slide using 55338-1-AP (RNASE3 Antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  Immunofluorescent analysis of HepG2 cells using 55338-1-AP (RNASE3 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: A549-Zellen, HepG2-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Lungenkarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HepG2-Zellen
