  WB analysis of mouse uterus using 13844-1-AP

  mouse uterus tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13844-1-AP (RND2 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of PC-3 using 13844-1-AP

  PC-3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13844-1-AP (RND2 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IP experiment of PC-3 using 13844-1-AP

  IP result of anti-RND2 (IP:13844-1-AP, 3ug; Detection:13844-1-AP 1:300) with PC-3 cells lysate 1040ug.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Rattenhirngewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

Empfohlene Verdünnung

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:500-1:1000
• Immunpräzipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.
