  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84793-5-RR (RNF2 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84793-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U2OS cells using RNF2 antibody (84793-5-RR, Clone: 242181G7 ) at dilution of 1:500 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84793-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HepG2 using 84793-5-RR (same clone as 84793-5-PBS)

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug RNF2 Recombinant antibody (84793-5-RR, Clone:242181G7) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84793-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84793-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84793-5-RR against Human RNF2 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.251 nM.

Hintergrundinformationen

RNF2 (also known as ding, Ring1B or Ring2) is a member of the Ring finger protein family, which functions as E3 ubiquitin ligase for monoubiquitination of histone H2A at lysine 119 (H2AK119ub). Many studies have demonstrated that overexpressed RNF2 was involved in the pathological progression of multiple cancers and has an impact on their clinical features. For instance, the upregulated expression level of RNF2 is positively correlated with the occurrence and progression of hepatocellular carcinoma, melanoma, prostate cancer, breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, gastric cancer, and bladder urothelial carcinoma, as well as with the radioresistance of lung cancer and chemoresistance of ovarian cancer (PMID: 33400276). The molecular weight of RNF2 is 38 kDa.
