  IF Staining of A431 using CL488-67999

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A431 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 RPA2 antibody (CL488-67999, Clone: 1B9H11 ) at dilution of 1:200, CL594-phalloidin (red).

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-67999

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human RPA2 (CL488-67999, Clone:1B9H11) (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).
