  IF Staining of A431 using CL555-67999

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A431 cells using CoraLite®555 RPA2 antibody (CL555-67999, Clone: 1B9H11 ) at dilution of 1:1000.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL555-67999

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite®555 Anti-Human RPA2 (CL555-67999, Clone:1B9H11) (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).
