  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using RPS11 antibody (83517-3-RR, Clone: 240327D11 ) at dilution of 1:250 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR002), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83517-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of MCF-7 using 83517-3-RR (same clone as 83517-3-PBS)

  1x10^6 MCF-7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug RPS11 Recombinant antibody (83517-3-RR, Clone:240327D11) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83517-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83517-3-RR against Human RPS11 were performed. The affinity constant is 5.05 nM.
