  WB analysis of HeLa using 16964-1-AP

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16964-1-AP (RPS5 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  HepG2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16964-1-AP (RPS5 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  mouse liver tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16964-1-AP (RPS5 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse colon tissue slide using 16964-1-AP (RPS5 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using RPS5 antibody (16964-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: HeLa-Zellen, HepG2-Zellen, Mauslebergewebe, Rattenlebergewebe
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maus-Kolongewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HepG2-Zellen
