  WB analysis using 15315-1-AP (same clone as 15315-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15315-1-AP (RRAGD antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 15315-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IP experiment of NIH/3T3 using 15315-1-AP (same clone as 15315-1-PBS)

  IP result of anti-RRAGD (IP:15315-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:15315-1-AP 1:500) with NIH/3T3 cells lysate 1120 ug. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 15315-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 15315-1-AP (same clone as 15315-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using RRAGD antibody (15315-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L), CL594-phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 15315-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
