    Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27099-1-AP (RUNX3 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 27099-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

RUNX3, also known as AML2, CBFA3 and PEBP2A3, is a member of the RUNX family of transcription factors, which are crucial regulators of embryonic development and play key roles in various biological processes such as cell proliferation, apoptosis, differentiation and lineage commitment (PMID: 38430423). This protein functions as a tumour suppressor and is frequently deleted or transcriptionally silenced in various cancers, including gastric and colon cancer.
