  WB analysis using 11126-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11126-1-AP (Rad51D antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human lymphoma using 11126-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human lymphoma using 11126-1-AP (Rad51D antibody) at dilution of 1:100 (under 10x lens).

• 

  IHC staining of mouse testis using 11126-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue slide using 11126-1-AP (Rad51D antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

RAD51L3, also named RAD51D, R51H3 and TRAD, belongs to the recA family and RAD51 subfamily. It is involved in the homologous recombination repair (HRR) pathway of double-stranded DNA breaks arising during DNA replication or induced by DNA-damaging agents. The BCDX2 complex binds single-stranded DNA, single-stranded gaps in duplex DNA, and specifically to nicks in duplex DNA. The Heterodimer of RAD51L3 is about 70 kDa.
