  WB analysis of mouse brain using 55485-1-AP

  mouse brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 55485-1-AP (Rootletin antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of hTERT-RPE1 using 55485-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed hTERT-RPE1 cells using Rootletin antibody (55485-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CoraLite®594 ARL13B antibody (CL594-17711, red).
