  WB analysis using 17258-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17258-1-AP (SARS2 antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using 17258-1-AP (SARS2 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: HEK-293-Zellen, HeLa-Zellen, HepG2-Zellen, Mauslebergewebe, Rattennierengewebe
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Lungenkarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HepG2-Zellen
