  WB analysis using 11489-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11489-1-AP (SCMH1 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of HT-1080 using 11489-1-AP

  HT-1080 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11489-1-AP (SCMH1 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human pancreas cancer using 11489-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human pancreas cancer using 11489-1-AP (SCMH1 antibody) at dilution of 1:100 (under 10x lens).

Geprüfte Anwendungen

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: HT-1080.Zellen, U-251-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Pankreaskarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
