  WB analysis using 86646-1-RR (same clone as 86646-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 86646-1-RR (SCRN1 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86646-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of A549 using 86646-1-RR (same clone as 86646-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed A549 cells using SCRN1 antibody (86646-1-RR, Clone: 251548C7 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86646-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 86646-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 86646-1-RR against Human SCRN1 were performed. The affinity constant is 5.99 nM.

Hintergrundinformationen

SCRN genes encode protein members of the secernin family including Secernin 1, Secernin 2 and Secernin 3. Function of Secernin 2 and Secernin 3 are so far not well understood. Secernin 1 is a novel 50-kDa cytosolic protein that appears to be involved in the regulation of exocytosis from peritoneal mast cells. Secernin-1 a novel tumor-associated antigen (TAA) and may be a universal marker of different cancer types including gastric cancer, which has been validated by several researches. Measurement of SCRN1 can be used in the early detection of cancer or in the surveillance of patients who undergo surgery.
