  FC experiment of Transfected HEK-293T using 98399-1-RR (same clone as 98399-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 HEK-293T cells or SDC2 transfected HEK-293T cells were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse SDC2 Rabbit RecAb (98399-1-RR, Clone:242939A12) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were not fixed. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 98399-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Hintergrundinformationen

SDC2, containing cell surface heparan sulphate proteoglycan, functions as an integral membrane protein and participates in cell proliferation, cell migration, cell adhesion and signal transduction. It has been reported that the expression level of SDC2 will be up-regulated under hypoxia condition which can induce increased release of cytokines and chemokines. Besides, methylated SDC2 can be used as a potential biomarker for early diagnosis of colon cancer.
