  WB analysis of HeLa using 15969-1-AP

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15969-1-AP (SDCCAG3 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  FC experiment of HepG2 using 15969-1-AP

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug SDCCAG3 Polyclonal antibody (15969-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.4 ug rabbit IgG isotype control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

SDCCAG3, also named as NY-CO-3, is identified as serologically defined colon cancer antigen-3. It is an endosomal protein which is involved in the regulation of cytokinesis. SDCCAG3 is involved in modulation of TNF response. This gene has four isoforms with MW 40-50 kDa. Observed MW this protein is 48-60 kDa may due to phosphorylation.
