  WB analysis using 15565-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15565-1-AP (SEH1L antibody) at dilution of 1:6000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis using 15565-1-AP

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15565-1-AP (SEH1L antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IF Staining of A549 using 15565-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A549 cells using SEH1L antibody (15565-1-AP) at dilution of 1:1000 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR002).
