  WB analysis using 60322-1-Ig

  Untreated and PNGase F-treated lysates of human platelets were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 60322-1-Ig (P-selectin / CD62P antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. PNGase F was obtained from Atagenix (cat.NO. ata808).

  WB analysis of human peripheral blood platelets using 60322-1-Ig

  human peripheral blood platelets were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 60322-1-Ig (P-selectin / CD62P antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of Jurkat using 60322-1-Ig

  Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 60322-1-Ig (P-selectin / CD62P antibody at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IP experiment of K-562 using 60322-1-Ig

  IP result of anti-P-selectin / CD62P (IP:60322-1-Ig, 5ug; Detection:60322-1-Ig 1:600) with K-562 cells lysate 1760ug.

Hintergrundinformationen

P-selectin, also known as GMP140 or CD62P, is a transmembrane glycoprotein that mediates the interaction of activated endothelial cells or platelets with leukocytes. It is an adhesion molecule involved in the pathogenesis of inflammation, thrombosis, and oncogenesis. P-selectin is stored in the alpha-granules of platelets and Weibel-Palade bodies of endothelial cells. Upon cell activation by agonists, P-selectin is transported rapidly to the cell surface.
