  FC experiment of mouse splenocytes using 98513-2-RR

  1x10^6 mouse splenocytes were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse SEMA4A Rabbit RecAb (98513-2-RR, Clone: 250325B12) or Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9), and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were then stained with CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Mouse CD3. Cells were not fixed.

  1x10^6 HEK-293T cells or SEMA4A transfected HEK-293T cells were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse Sema4a Rabbit RecAb (98513-2-RR, Clone: 250325B12) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were not fixed.

  FC experiment of Transfected HEK-293T using 98513-2-RR

  1x10^6 HEK-293T cells (left) or SEMA4A transfected HEK-293T cells (right) were surface stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse SEMA4A Rabbit RecAb (98513-2-RR, Clone: 250325B12) (red) or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue), and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were not fixed.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98513-2-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98513-2-RR against Mouse SEMA4A were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.
