  WB analysis using 17659-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17659-1-AP (SENP3 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17659-1-AP (SENP3 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Immunpräzipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:250-1:1000

SENP3(Sentrin-specific protease 3) is also named as SSP3, SUSP3 and belongs to the peptidase C48 family. It acts as an essential factor for ribosome biogenesis. SENP3 might regulate the sumoylation of other substrates through directly binding or mediating association with NPM1 at the nucleolus and other subcellular compartments.
