  WB analysis of human placenta using 27066-1-AP

  human placenta tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27066-1-AP (SERINC5 Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  human spleen tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27066-1-AP (SERINC5 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human oesophagus cancer using 27066-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human oesophagus cancer tissue slide using 27066-1-AP (SERINC5 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Ösophaguskarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
