  WB analysis of HL-60 using 25814-1-AP

  HL-60 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 25814-1-AP (SETMAR Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis using 25814-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 25814-1-AP (SETMAR antibody) at dilution of 1:2500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
