  WB analysis using 30867-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 30867-1-AP (SGOL2 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of mouse testis using 30867-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue slide using 30867-1-AP (SGOL2 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of A431 using 30867-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed A431 cells using SGOL2 antibody (30867-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

SGOL2 (Shugoshin 2, also known as SGO2), which is tightly involved in the cell cycle process, has been reported to protect cohesion, sustain the linkage of chromosomes, and regulate kinetochore-microtubule attachment in meiosis and mitosis (PMID: 21273764). SGOL2 has been reported as a differentially expressed gene in various types of cancer, including glioma, hepatocellular cancer, and endometrial cancer (PMID: 36566018).
