  Immunofluorescent analysis of Hela cells, using SH3BP1 antibody 20541-1-AP at 1:25 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (red). Blue pseudocolor = DAPI (fluorescent DNA dye).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Magenkrebsgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HeLa-Zellen
