  FC experiment of HepG2 using 67700-1-Ig

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 μg SLC6A12 Monoclonal antibody (67700-1-Ig, Clone:2C1G4) and Multi-rAb CoraLite® Plus 647-Goat Anti-Mouse Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L)(RGAM005)(N/A), or 0.2 μg KLH (66360-2-Ig, Clone: K11A1B2A2) (N/A). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA .

It works ok. The signal is very weak at 1:2000 dilution. The diluted antibody solution can only be used once.
