  WB analysis using 13823-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13823-1-AP (SLC7A6 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  NIH/3T3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13823-1-AP (SLC7A6 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: HUVEC-Zellen, NIH/3T3-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Kolonkarzinomgewebe, humanes Prostatakarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
