  WB analysis of HeLa using 13066-1-AP

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13066-1-AP (SMARCA5 Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of human stomach using 13066-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human stomach tissue slide using 13066-1-AP (SMARCA5 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• 

  IF Staining of HeLa using 13066-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using SMARCA5 antibody (13066-1-AP) at dilution of 1:1000 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L), CL594-phalloidin (red).

Hintergrundinformationen

SMARCA5, also named as SNF2H or WCRF135, is a 1052 amino acid protein, which localizes in nucleus and is overexpressed in CD34-positive erythrocyte progenitor cells in acute myeloid leukemia. SMARCA5 is one of the most conserved chromatin remodeling factors. It exists in a variety of oligosubunit complexes that move DNA with respect to the histone octamer to generate regularly spaced nucleosomal arrays. Smarca5 interacts with different accessory proteins and represents a molecular motor for DNA replication, repair, and transcription.
