  WB analysis using 85019-3-RR

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85019-3-RR (SMARCA5 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 85019-3-RR

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug SMARCA5 Recombinant antibody (85019-3-RR, Clone:242512A8) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

SMARCA5, also named as SNF2H or WCRF135, is a 1052 amino acid protein, which localizes in nucleus and is overexpressed in CD34-positive erythrocyte progenitor cells in acute myeloid leukemia. SMARCA5 is one of the most conserved chromatin remodeling factors. It exists in a variety of oligosubunit complexes that move DNA with respect to the histone octamer to generate regularly spaced nucleosomal arrays. Smarca5 interacts with different accessory proteins and represents a molecular motor for DNA replication, repair, and transcription.
