  WB analysis of HeLa using 14185-1-AP

  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14185-1-AP (SMC3 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of Jurkat using 14185-1-AP

  Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14185-1-AP (SMC3 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of mouse brain using 14185-1-AP

  mouse brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14185-1-AP (SMC3 Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14185-1-AP (SMC3 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at 4 degree celsius over night.

  IHC staining of human stomach using 14185-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human stomach tissue slide using 14185-1-AP (SMC3 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of HeLa using 14185-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (10% Formaldehyde) fixed HeLa cells using 14185-1-AP (SMC3 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Magengewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HeLa-Zellen
