  WB analysis of Jurkat using 15979-1-AP

  WB result of Spermine synthase antibody (15979-1-AP; 1:10000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-Spermine synthase transfected Jurkat cells.

• 

  WB analysis using 15979-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15979-1-AP (Spermine synthase antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  human heart tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15979-1-AP (Spermine synthase antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using Spermine synthase antibody (15979-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).

  FC experiment of HeLa using 15979-1-AP

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Spermine synthase Polyclonal antibody (15979-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).
