  WB analysis using 82755-3-RR (same clone as 82755-3-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82755-3-RR (SNAI2 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82755-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of A431 using 82755-3-RR (same clone as 82755-3-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed A431 cells using SNAI2 antibody (82755-3-RR, Clone: 250290A2 ) at dilution of 1:1000 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82755-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of MCF-7 using 82755-3-RR (same clone as 82755-3-PBS)

  1x10^6 MCF-7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug SNAI2/SLUG Recombinant monoclonal antibody (82755-3-RR, Clone:250290A2) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82755-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82755-3-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82755-3-RR against Human SNAI2/SLUG were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

SNAI2 belongs to the Snail family of zinc finger transcription factors, which shares an evolutionarily conserved role in mesoderm formation in vertebrates and invertebrates. It tiggers epithelial-mesenchymal transitions and has a crucial role in developmental processes. Also it is a transcriptional reperssor in mediating RAF-induced expression of TJ protein, occludin(OCLN) and subsequent oncogenic transformation of epithelial cells.
