  WB analysis using 14093-1-AP

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14093-1-AP (SNAP91 antibody) at dilution of 1:8000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue slide using 14093-1-AP (SNAP91 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed paraffin-embedded mouse brain tissue using SNAP91 antibody (14093-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

Hintergrundinformationen

SNAP91, also known as AP180 or CALM, is a clathrin-coat assembly protein that sequesters clathrin. SNAP91/AP180 is required for clathrin-dependent endocytosis and SV reformation (PMID: 26903854; PMID: 31843760).The AP180 N-terminal homology (ANTH) domains is crucially involved in membrane budding processes, along with and Epsin N-terminal homology (ENTH) domains (PMID: 29774507).
