  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67696-1-Ig (SNF8 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using SNF8 antibody (67696-1-Ig, Clone: 2C10F2 ) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L), CL594-Phalloidin (red).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: A549-Zellen, HeLa-Zellen, K-562-Zellen, U2OS-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Mammakarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IF/ICC: HeLa-Zellen
