  WB result of SNW1 antibody (25926-1-AP; 1:1000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-SNW1 transfected HepG2 cells.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of HepG2 cells using 25926-1-AP (SNW1 antibody) at dilution of 1:25 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: MCF-7-Zellen, HepG2-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Prostatakarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
