  WB analysis using 68239-1-Ig (same clone as 68239-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68239-1-Ig (SNX15 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68239-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of human kidney using 68239-1-Ig (same clone as 68239-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue slide using 68239-1-Ig (SNX15 antibody) at dilution of 1:400 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68239-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U2OS cells using SNX15 antibody (68239-1-Ig, Clone: 1A10B7 ) at dilution of 1:800 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1), CL594-phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68239-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Hintergrundinformationen

SNX15 belongs to the sorting nexin family and is involved in several stages of intracellular trafficking. Overexpression of SNX15 results in a decrease in the processing of insulin and hepatocyte growth factor receptors to their mature subunits (PMID: 11085978). SNX15 is widely expressed, with the highest expression in skeletal muscle, heart, brain, kidney, spleen, thymus, and small intestine.
