  WB analysis of human testis using 19721-1-AP

  human testis tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 19721-1-AP (SPAG4-Specific Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of HepG2 cells using 19721-1-AP (SPAG4-Specific antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maushodengewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
