  WB analysis of human testis using 19721-1-AP

  human testis tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 19721-1-AP (SPAG4-Specific Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of HepG2 using 19721-1-AP

  HepG2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 19721-1-AP (SPAG4-Specific Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  human testis tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 19721-1-AP (SPAG4-Specific Antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue slide using 19721-1-AP (SPAG4-Specific antibody) at dilution of 1:100 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed mouse testis tissue using SPAG4-Specific antibody (19721-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 19721-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of HepG2 cells using 19721-1-AP (SPAG4-Specific antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maushodengewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
