  WB analysis of mouse testis using 11849-1-AP

  mouse testis tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11849-1-AP (SPATA6 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of mouse ovary using 11849-1-AP

  mouse ovary tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11849-1-AP (SPATA6 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Empfohlene Verdünnung

• Western Blot (WB): WB : 1:500-1:1000
• Immunpräzipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:20-1:200

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.
