  IF Staining of HepG2 using CL488-21399

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 SR140 antibody (CL488-21399) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL488-21399

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug Coralite® Plus 488 Sr140 Polyclonal Antibody (CL488-21399)(red), or 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).
